Ms. Rapp joined Architects Hawaii in 2004 as a Project Architect with more that 17 years of experience in Architecture, Planning, and Design of large-scale resort and urban hotels, restaurants, commercial mixed-use, and high-end residential projects. She became a Principal in 2010. She is experienced in all facets of the profession, including Concept Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Ms. Rapp led a design team through the historic hotel renovation of Moana Surfrider A Westin Resort and is currently working on several large-scale urban projects in Waikiki. Prior to AHL, Ms. Rapp’s broad range of hospitality projects include: large-scale projects such as JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona; JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona; Shanghai Urban Business Hotel in Shanghai, China; as well as the more intimate 36-unit Casita Village for the Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas.
Ms. Rapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Art & Design from MIT and a Master of Architecture from UCLA Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Planning. She is a registered architect in the state of Hawaii.
