Sensitivity to resident concerns, homeowner values and noise helped AHL design a facility that sits comfortably amid an older Pearl City neighborhood of one-and two-story homes. Landscape buffers around the perimeter and acoustical screening keep noise levels down while providing an oxygen-rich green-ness. A double-pitched cement tile roof and residentially friendly colors on the buildings harmonize with the neighborhood while encasing a bustling repair and maintenance facility.
