AHL was asked to develop an elegant, up market building on a long, narrow site located in the bustling urban center, Tsimshatsui in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Elegant, inviting and visually appealing, this 20-story granite and glass facade building houses an atrium, a variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities and prestigious offices. The eye-catching arched building frames the view into the atrium, attracting passersby to the stepping balconies and decorative stairs that lead shoppers to the attractions inside.
