Linda Lileikis is a team player who brings a high level of integrity, passion, and enthusiasm to every project. With more than 30 years of sustainable development experience steering and directing all facets of the design and construction project process from concept through construction, Linda demonstrates leadership in the workplace and within the community.

As a project director at AHL, responsible for all aspects of project delivery for healthcare, institutional, and civic architecture projects. Linda’s expert level of project management is directly responsible for time and financial efficiency on many multi-million dollar projects throughout the State of Hawai’i. She brings her vast experience to the firm at a critical time as they work through challenges brought forward with climate change and equitable economic sustainability in Hawaii.

Linda's mentor relationships with her mother and the competitive sport of swimming formed her set of foundational values: Kuleana (Personal sense of responsibility and accountability); Haahaa (Humility. Be humble and modest); Hoohana (Work with intent and purpose); Malama (Take care of, protect and care for, to serve and honor); Alakai (Lead with initiative and with a good example). "Life is not easy, but if I hold myself accountable, try my best every day and can manage to look beyond my own fears, vulnerabilities, and everyone’s expectations of me, the reward is perspective and an opportunity to make a difference without limitations."
