As a “lifestyle” market, the Island Gourmet Markets provide residents and visitors with fresh local and organic produce, premium cuts of meat, locally caught seafood, fresh baked goods, gourmet cheese, premium wines, and more. Along with a 2,998 SF storage mezzanine level, the south edge of the standalone building will include tenant space for an open-air restaurant. The Island Gourmet Markets interior was designed by ADM Retail Planning & Architecture. The exterior designed to match the overall architectural character and lush landscaping of the existing Shops at Wailea, which was originally designed by AHL.
