At 450,000 square feet and with more than 90 shops, restaurants and a theater, Town Center of Mililani is one of the largest shopping centers in Hawaii. AHL was engaged to oversee its $13 million dollar full exterior renovation and repositioning into a neighborhood lifestyle center. Improvements included updating all the exterior facades and storefronts, providing for additional restaurant tenants, new landscape and hardscape, enhanced lighting, outdoor furniture, signage, cultural elements, wayfinding and a new signature tensile water feature at the center court.
