AHL is seeking a Project Manager with extensive architectural experience and Revit experience. The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years’ experience managing a variety of projects and is knowledgeable about current trends in project delivery systems and the design profession. He/she is an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Marketing and business development skills, and DAGS experience are considered a plus. License strongly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs are a prerequisite. Substantial knowledge of related engineering principals; construction and liability laws and professional ethics are essential. An interest and ability to travel is advantageous.
