AHL is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager. This position requires 5 to 7 years of experience managing a variety of projects. The candidate should be knowledgeable about current trends in project delivery systems and the design profession. He/she is an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has no travel restrictions. Revit and/or CAD skills are required. Marketing and business development skills are a plus. State of Hawaii architectural license strongly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs are a prerequisite. Substantial knowledge of related engineering principles; construction and liability laws and professional ethics are essential. An interest and ability to travel is advantageous.
