Healthcare Architect
Architects Hawaii is seeking a licensed Senior Healthcare Architect / Medical Planner with public and/or private sector healthcare experience, and positive/current healthcare client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience managing healthcare projects and is knowledgeable about recent directions in the healthcare industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. Marketing and business development skills are considered a plus.
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs are a prerequisite. Substantial knowledge of related engineering principals; construction and liability laws and professional ethics are essential. An interest and ability to travel is advantageous.
