Project Manager
Architects Hawaii Ltd. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a licensed Project Manager with extensive architectural experience. The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years experience managing a variety of projects including healthcare and is knowledgeable about current trends in project delivery systems and the design profession. He/she is an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Marketing and business development skills are considered a plus.
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs are a prerequisite. Substantial knowledge of related engineering principals; construction and liability laws and professional ethics are essential. An interest and ability to travel is advantageous.
