AHL embraced innovation and change in the 21st century with the design of our new office in 2012. Located on the top floor of the Pacific Guardian Center, a LEED Silver building, we emphasized cohesion and unity by putting all employees on one floor. Within 17,000 SF, AHL created an open and collaborative work environment that encourages interaction and the use of teamwork spaces. Casual group meeting areas located throughout the office form a more active atmosphere. Shaping not only how people work but also live, the office features a full kitchen, sleep room, shower, recycling program, and sustainable drinking fountain that tracks the number of plastic bottles diverted from landfills.
